Guernsey Photography Festival had a range of major international photographers work displayed, including:

What is the festival?

PhotoEspaña, International Festival of Photography and Visual Arts , was born in 1998 with the aim of becoming a festival held from society. Today is one of the great events of visual arts in the world and one of the largest international forum of photography, whose prestige, recognized by prominent critics, has enabled it to become a must.
The Festival provides an extraordinary opportunity for photo projects, videos and installations photographers and more established national and international visual artists, as well as the work of new artists.
The heart of PhotoEspaña in Madrid, which is located around the Paseo de la Castellana, the latter have joined and outdoor venues, in recent editions, cities like Cuenca, Zaragoza, Alcobendas, Alcala de Henares and Lanzarote.
Throughout his sixteen editions, has organized more than a thousand exhibits in museums, exhibition halls, art centers and galleries. Every year it attracts more than six hundred thousand people, one of the biggest cultural events held in Spain.
Parallel to the exhibition plan, several programs are developed. In her workshops for professionals, Campus PHE offers the opportunity to work with leading international experts in photography and visual arts. Moreover, PHE Discoveries brings together emerging artists with curators, conservators, curators, collectors and publishers around the world who study and discuss with them their works. Furthermore, Encuentros PHE is a discussion forum creators and specialists analyze the situation of the environment.
The Festival also organizes programs and pedagogical activities, targeting new audiences. Workshops for children and youth closer to the world of photography and visual language. Guided tours and family workshops provide in-depth knowledge of the authors visited, times and trends represented in the exhibition.
PhotoEspaña also organizes other actions in each edition (contests, photo tours, meetings with artists ...), which make active participant of the festival to the general public.
